1004 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the 1004 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the 1004 platform in any way, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all other policies referenced herein, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the 1004 platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use any of the services offered. 1004 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts suspected of belonging to underage users pending investigation.
Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 1004 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without notice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether authorised by you or not — is entirely your responsibility. 1004 reserves the right to require identity verification at any time, including during the withdrawal process or when suspicious activity is detected. Users who fail to complete the identity verification process within the specified timeframe may face temporary restrictions on their account functions until verification is successfully completed.
Users are prohibited from sharing their account details with any third party or allowing others to use their account. Violation of this condition may result in permanent account termination.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As a user of the 1004 platform, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You hereby declare that you are not subject to any legal prohibition that would prevent you from participating in betting or online entertainment activities.
The following are strictly prohibited on the 1004 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, intrude upon, or disrupt the functionality of the platform
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to others
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity
- Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity
1004 reserves the right to take action against any user who violates the above terms, including temporary account suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of account balances linked to fraudulent activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that the devices and internet connections they use are secure. 1004 is not liable for any losses arising from malware-infected devices or unsecured internet connections used by the user.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 1004 platform are conducted in MYR. The platform supports deposits via FPX (direct transfer from local banks) and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly once payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
- Minimum deposit: RM 10 (depending on chosen method)
- Deposited funds cannot be transferred to another user
- Deposits must be made using payment methods registered under the name of the account holder
- The platform reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership
- Minimum withdrawal: RM 20–30 (depending on method)
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit or to an account in the registered user's name
- Processing time: 1–3 business days for bank transfers
- Identity verification may be required for withdrawals exceeding certain limits
1004 is not responsible for any delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by issues on the part of financial institutions or third-party payment providers. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Liability Limits
Under no circumstances shall 1004 be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. 1004's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
1004 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or delays. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause the platform to be temporarily inaccessible.
Account Suspension & Closure
1004 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, providing false information during registration, or at the user's own request.
When an account is terminated due to a terms violation, any balance associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity may be forfeited. For closures requested by the user, eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once identity verification is complete. 6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, logos, designs, text, and software on the 1004 platform are the exclusive property of 1004 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from 1004.
The 1004 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under our control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
1004 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time by publishing the latest version on this page. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms are governed by applicable law.
